About Us

Since its humble beginnings in the basement of the Scully Theatre in 2003, the Club is experiencing growth as more children and families are realizing the benefits provided through intentional programming. We run after-school and summer programming for K-12 graders that impact kids in our community.

Bonnie Swett, Bighorns Club Director

Bonnie was born and raised in Buffalo and loves spending time outside with her family. Bonnie is also an EMT on the local ambulance service and has been with the Club since June 2021. Bonnie states that she fell in love with the Club after working as a Youth Development Professional for a summer, saying that the Club combined her love for being active with kid’s imagination and curiosity.

“The best part of working at the Club is the relationships you get to form with the members and the ability to watch them learn and create in the safe space we provide.” – Bonne Swett
